Play Lounge Indy started with a simple conviction: Indianapolis deserved a place where the bread mattered as much as the coffee, and where the space itself felt like a gift.
We opened our doors on Lafayette Road with a small oven, a big dream, and a commitment to making everything from scratch — every single day. No shortcuts. No frozen dough. Just flour, water, salt, time, and the kind of attention that turns something ordinary into something you can't stop coming back for.
Today, we're still doing exactly that. The neighborhood has changed, but our standards haven't. Every pastry, every loaf, every pour-over is made with the same intention we had on day one.
